What makes this different from buying land

It gets looked after

Most people who buy farmland discover that farmland needs constant attention. Here the fruit and vegetable gardens on your plot are maintained regularly as part of the arrangement, for a monthly fee.

It is already planted

You choose six plants from a list — tomato, chilli, brinjal, carrot, drumstick, lemon, guava, mango, papaya, custard apple, chikoo and others. No additional charge for the plantation itself.

It has water

Every plot has drip irrigation and a continuous water supply, plus an electricity connection. The unglamorous part that determines whether anything actually grows.

Geotagged plots

Plots are geotagged, so what you own is recorded and identifiable rather than described from a paper layout.

Somewhere to arrive

A clubhouse with a covered pool, guest rooms, a restaurant and a deck overlooking the lake — so a weekend visit does not depend on your cottage being built.

Managed, gated

Gated with 24/7 security and professional housekeeping for the shared spaces. Community infrastructure is maintained centrally.

Questions people actually ask

How much of the plot can I build on?

Up to 30% of the plot is allotted for cottage construction and semi-open spaces. The remaining 70% stays under fruit and vegetable cultivation.

Who maintains the garden when I am not there?

The developer maintains the fruit and vegetable gardens on each plot regularly, along with community infrastructure and water supply, for a monthly maintenance fee.

Can I choose what is planted?

Yes. You choose six plants from a list that includes tomato, chilli, brinjal, carrot, drumstick, lemon, guava, mango, papaya, custard apple and chikoo. There is no additional charge for the plantation.

What should I check before buying?

Ask for the title documents, the land classification and conversion status, the approved layout, the exact monthly maintenance amount and what it covers, and what is committed in writing versus described in the brochure. We will send whatever you ask for — and if something is not available, we will tell you that rather than talk around it.

Come and walk the land

It is about an hour and a quarter from the airport side of the city. Message us and we will send the exact pin and arrange a visit.
