The Sensory provides geotagged plots within a gated community with 24/7 security, continuous water supply and an electricity connection to every plot, professional maintenance of the clubhouse and community infrastructure, regular maintenance of each plot's fruit and vegetable garden, and a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with on-call service for private gatherings.

Cottage orientations
East facing
Designed to catch the morning light, with a traditional character and greenery on all sides. The choice if you want to be up early and outdoors.
West facing
Oriented toward the setting sun, with a rustic cottage character built around long evenings rather than early mornings.
Cottage designs, dimensions and construction terms should be confirmed in writing before you commit. Ask for the specification separately from the brochure — renders are artistic impressions.
What we would check if we were buying
We would rather you ask these than not:
- Title documents and the chain of ownership
- Land classification and any conversion status
- The approved layout and which authority approved it
- Exactly what the monthly maintenance covers, and for how long it is fixed
- What happens to garden maintenance if you do not visit for six months
- What is committed in the agreement versus described in marketing material
